针对中国黄金矿山井下生产存在的安全问题，以本质安全和主动安全为指导思想，给出了安全生产的闭环管理新模式，构建了以安全操作标准和隐患排查为核心环节，包括安全计划、执行、检查和分析4个主题在内的闭环管理流程，形成了功能上相互独立、流程上相互衔接、信息上互为反馈的PDCA生产安全闭环管理方案。安全生产的闭环管理模式应用于三山岛金矿后，在降低事故隐患、提升员工安全生产素质等方面发挥了积极作用。
To solve the problems occurring to safety production in underground mining of gold mines in China ,the paper taking the guiding idea of intrinsic safety and active safety proposes the closed circuit management of safety pro -duction.The system includes safety operation protocols and danger inspection as core links ,consisting of safety plan, execution , inspection and analysis , four closed circuit management elements .So a PDCA closed circuit management system is established with its contents independent in function , complementing each other in flows and feeding back each other in information .After the application of the system in Sanshandao Gold Mine , the potential danger is re-duced ,working staff's safety operation skills are improved .
