随着采用层压破碎技术的破碎设备引进,“三段双闭路”碎矿流程逐步得到广泛应用。由于该流程不属于常规破碎筛分流程,其流程计算尚无权威的计算公式可用。通过部分假设推导出其循环负荷计算公式,并与厂家计算结果及现场生产数据进行了对比,其计算结果与厂家计算结果及现场生产数据基本一致,推导公式可供设计计算时参考。

With the introduction of laminating crushing facilities ,the flow of three-stage double closed circuit be-comes widely used gradually .Due to the uncommon features the flow has from other crushing and screening methods , there is no convincing equation available for flow calculation at hand .An equation of its circulating load was derived according to some part of presumption ,and the results were compared with filed data which proved to be rather consist-ent,meaning it can be used for reference when it comes to designing calculations .
