开拓工程是矿山建设的重要组成部分，其施工速度与质量直接影响整个矿山建设进度及使用。以甲玛铜多金属矿二期工程4261平硐掘进为工程背景，分析了平硐突水的主要原因，提出了平硐突水段及构造破碎围岩段采用的注浆堵水加固综合治理方案；详细介绍了注浆堵水和巷道掘砌加固施工过程。工程应用实践表明，综合治理有效地封堵了出水通道，恢复了正常掘砌工作，收到了预期效果。
Expansion project is an important part in mine construction ,whose construction speed and quality di-rectly influence the entire progress and operation .The paper takes the second phase project of Jiama copper polymetal-lic mine-No.4261 Adit excavation-for engineering background ,after analyzing the cause of water inrush in adit ,it comes up with a comprehensive treatment plan ,which is grouting and plugging water reinforcement ,against the water inrush section and structural broken surrounding rock section .The construction process of grouting and plugging water and reinforcement of roadways is in detail introduced .The application process indicates that the comprehensive treat-ment effectively blocks water passage ,and recommences regular excavation work ,achieving anticipated effects .
