以钛酸四丁酯和五水合硝酸铋为原料,采用溶胶-水热法制备了Bi掺杂TiO2颗粒;以硝酸银为银源,通过表面沉积法实现了金属Ag对Bi掺杂TiO2的表面修饰。应用X射线粉末衍射仪( XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪( FT-IR)对产品进行了表征。以甲基橙为目标降解物,考察了所制Ag/Bi-TiO2样品的降解效果,并详细探讨了Bi掺杂量与Ag沉积量对光催化性能的影响;实验结果表明,3%Ag/10%Bi-TiO2的光催化活性最高,100 min内甲基橙的降解率可达75.6%。

First of all,Bi doped TiO2 particles were prepared via sol-hydrothermal method with Ti(OC4H9)4 and Bi(NO3)3· 5H2O as raw materials.Then Bi doped TiO2 particles were modified with metal silver through surface dep-osition technology , using silver nitrate as the silver source .X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT-IR) were used to characterize the products .The as-prepared Ag/Bi-TiO2 powders were applied in photocatalytic degradation with methyl orange as the degradation target .The influences of Bi doping content and Ag deposition amount on the photocatalytic properties of Ag/Bi-TiO2 samples were explored in detail .The results show that 3 %Ag/10 %Bi-TiO2 ( both mass fraction ) exhibits the highest photocatalytic activity ,and the degradation rate of methyl orange can reach 75.6 %within 100 min.
