通过计算机仿真的方法分别对新型摆动式球磨机和普通行星式球磨机进行运动学和动力学分析,指出新型摆动式球磨机具有更高的球磨效率。直观显示出新型摆动式球磨机球磨罐及磨球运动轨迹,正是这种运动的复杂性才使该球磨机具备更高的球磨能量。最后,通过实际实验客观地验证了仿真结果的正确性。磨球对粉体的频繁强烈的撞击、研磨及搓擦等作用,使粉体能在短时间内研磨到纳米级,或使得多组原材料实现合金化。
Kinematical and dynamical analyses are made between the new 3D oscillating ball mill and the tradi-tional planetary ball mill by computer simulation .The results show that the new ball mill has higher efficiency than the conventional one .It can explicitly display the milling tank and the motion trail of the balls of which the complexity contributes to greater milling energy .Finally the practical work objectively verifies the simulation .The frequent and strong impact ,grinding and scraping on the feeds makes it a short time for them to reach the nanoscale or for multiple raw materials to become alloys .
