随着中国黄金市场改革开放不断深化，黄金租赁规模快速扩张，但由于中国央行未对商业银行提供黄金租赁头寸以及黄金进出口管制等原因，国内黄金租赁利率形成机制市场化程度不高，黄金租赁规模非正常扩张等问题日渐突出。文中分析了国际市场黄金租赁利率的形成机制、黄金租赁的基本形式，提出了规范国内黄金租赁业务的途径。
As the reformation of gold market in China goes further ,gold lease scale also increases with it .Howev-er ,due to the fact that China central bank failed to provide commercial banks with gold lease cashes and the control of import and export of gold ,the mechanism of domestic gold lease rate coming into being is less marketized and the un-regulated expansion of gold lease needs controlling .The paper analyzed the forming mechanism of international gold lease rate and basic forms of gold lease ,comes up with ways to regulate domestic gold lease business .
