针对乌拉嘎黄金矿业公司酸性氧化渣难沉降的特点及高效浓密机本身存在的不足,进行了絮凝剂的选择试验,及对浓密机结构的改进。通过慎重选择絮凝剂、合理确定絮凝剂添加点以及对浓密机脱气槽、中心进料筒等关键部位结构的改进,使浓密机浓缩效果有了明显提高,底流浓度由原来的10%~15%提高到25%左右。

In light of the acidic residues that won't precipitate in Wulaga gold mining company and defects that exist in the highly efficient thickeners themselves ,the experiments using different flocculating agents and the optimiza-tion of thickeners are carried out .With carefully selected flocculants ,proper addition and optimization of key parts of the thickeners like air drains ,central feeding tubes and so on ,the performance of the thickeners is greatly improved , concentration of underflows being increased to 25 %from previous 10 %to 15 %.
