以铧厂沟金矿5#盲竖井为工程背景,分析得出围岩破碎、地下水浸蚀、附近采场爆破震动是5#盲竖井井壁破裂的主要原因;在分析其破坏机理的基础上,对开裂变形段井壁采用了喷锚支护、井圈槽钢及注浆加固综合治理方案。详细介绍了综合治理方案的参数设计及井壁加固施工过程。在破裂井壁注浆加固施工中及加固施工完成后,井壁变形观测结果表明,井壁变形得到有效控制,加固段未出现新的裂缝,加固工程取得了较好的应用效果。

The paper takes the 5# interior vertical shaft in Huachanggou Gold Mine for engineering background , comes up with the idea that broken surrounding rocks ,corrosion dipping in underground water and vibration brought by nearby stope blasting are the main cause of the cracking of the interior shaft .Based on the understanding of the failure mechanism ,the integrated treatment plan using bolting and shotcrete supporting ,shaft loop and channel steel and grou-ting reinforcement is applied in the cracking section of sidewalls .The parameter design and the reinforcement construc-tion of the plan are elaborated .The monitoring results of the deformation of sidewalls during and after grouting rein-forcement construction proved effective control of the deformation ,newly formed cracking not appearing .The reinforce-ment project achieved good application effects .
