在很多金属矿山开发过程中会产生含铜酸性废水,严重危害周边环境。因酸性废水具有产生源分散、水质和水量随季节和气候变化较大、不易控制、治理困难等特点,导致末端治理的难度及费用巨大。在越来越重视“预防重于治理”的今天,如果能采取源头的预测、预防和控制技术,从末端治理转向源头控制,进而抑制或延缓含铜酸性废水生成,就可以降低环境污染扩散风险,并产生一定经济效益。这对矿山的可持续开发具有积极的意义。文中针对金属矿山酸性废水产生机理及影响因素,结合部分矿山的典型经验做法,从预测、预防、控制技术及其应用等方面,进行了详细阐述。
Many mines in their development process will discharge acid wastewater containing copper which is se -riously harmful to the mining area and the surrounding environment .The acid wastewater is characterized by scattered outfall,volatile changes of quality and quantity with seasons and difficulty for control and treatment ,so the end-treat-ment of wastewater is difficult and costly .Considering nowadays emphasis namely "prevention is more important than treatment",if we can take measures about the prediction ,prevention and control of the source ,and make the transition from the end-treatment to the source-control ,then further inhibiting or delaying the production of acid wastewater con-taining copper ,the risk of spreading could be avoided or reduced ,and it will bring economic benefits .This is of posi-tive significance to the long-term and sustainable development of the mine .This paper combining the production of acid wastewater in metallic mines with typical experience many mines gained ,in detail introduced the prediction ,pre-vention ,control technology and applications .
