针对长距离斜坡道掘进施工中通风的实际困难,应用了高风压、长风筒、多级风库机站通风技术。介绍了通风技术方案和设备选型计算。多级风库机站接力通风技术应用实践表明,长距离斜坡道掘进施工通风效果良好,明显地提高了风机串联接力中风量的转递效率,降低了串联机站通风的能量损失,减少了长距离风筒的漏风,从而较好地解决了长距离斜坡道掘进通风的技术难题。
In light of the practical difficulties faced in the construction of long distance ramp excavations ,multi-level fan stations of high wind pressure and long airducts are applied for ventilation .The paper introduces ventilation technology designs and calculation of equipment model selection .The practice of relay ventilation technology of multi-leval fan stations shows that the ventilation of long distance ramp excavations is good ,significantly improving the trans-mission efficiency of winds in the process of relay ventilation of fans in series ,reducing energy loss in the ventilation of stations in series and air leak in long distance airducts ,and thus solving the technical problem of the ventilation of long distance ramp excavations .
