对钢球与胶囊球的磨矿效果进行了对比试验研究。其结果表明:单个球组以φ25 mm球径为最佳,胶囊球尺寸偏大;球组m(φ40)∶m(φ30)∶m(φ25)=50∶35∶15及充填率达40%时,磨矿细度-0.05 mm可达92.29%,再提高充填率已无必要。
Contrast experimental research was made on the effect of grinding between using steel balls and capsule balls .The experiment result shows that the optimal condition of ball diameter is φ25 mm for single ball group which is too small for capsule ball;under the conditions of ball group m(φ40)∶m(φ30)∶m(φ25) =50∶35∶15 and the fill rate of 40 %,the rate of grinding fineness -0.05 mm reaches 92.29 % that makes further increase of the fill rate pointless .
