针对湖北鑫荣矿业有限公司高硫银金精矿氰化浸出过程中银、金出现“返沉淀”的现象,对精矿采用高锰酸钾进行碱浸氧化预处理,有效地消除了银、金的“返沉淀”现象,银、金的氰化浸出率比预处理前分别提高4.65%和1.43%。

In light of the re-precipitation phenomenon happened during the cyanide leaching process of high sulfur content silver and gold concentrate in Hubei Xinrong mining industry company ,an alkaline leaching and oxidation pre-treatment process carried out to the concentrate is applied by using KMnO 4 which effectively removed the re-precipita-tion.Compared to the case before the pretreatment ,the cyanide leaching rates of silver and gold are raised by 4.65%and 1.43 %respectively.
