简述了企业（主要指有污染物产生的企业）是环境保护的责任主体，企业作为环境的污染者，就必须承担保护环境的责任。提出排放污染物的企业环保工作必须做到污染物集中排放，必须达到标准；通过清洁生产规范生产区的无组织排放；实施循环经济减少污染物的产生；开展环境管理认证，提高企业环境保护工作水平；发布企业环境保护工作信息，履行企业的社会责任。
The paper states the fact the enterprises play as the role of responsibility subject of environmental pro -tection and that the responsible polluter has to take the responsibility of environmental protection .It is put forward that concentration emission of pollutants with acceptable standards must be reached for the purpose of environmental pro -tection.Through clean production and regulated emission ,circular economy is implemented reducing the generation of pollutants.By carrying out certification of environmental management ,working skills of environmental protection of en-terprises are improved.And with working information of environmental protection progress issued ,enterprises can better fulfill its duty to society.
