黔西南地区黄金储量非常丰富，紫木凼金矿床是黔西南乃至滇黔桂“金三角”微细浸染型金矿床的典型代表。在多年工作实践经验的基础上，结合前人资料，较详细地阐述了紫木凼金矿床层带型金矿体的地质特征，同时指出层带型金矿体的找矿方向。
Zimudang gold deposit is the representative of mircro-fine particle disseminated gold deposits in South-west Guizhou where rich gold reserves are present and even in the “Golden Triangle” area composed of Yunnan , Guizhou and Guangxi .Based on many years of field experience and enlightened by precursors'work,the paper in detail stated geological features of parallel bedding orebodies in Zimudang gold deposit and at the same time pointed out the prospecting potentials of parallel bedding oreodies .
