某矿山企业自中华人民共和国成立初期投入生产至今，由于过度开发和粗放式经营产生了一系列环境问题，尤其是尾矿库带来的溃坝隐患，对当地居民的生命财产安全构成了一定的威胁。研究设计了科学合理的治理方案，对尾矿库安全隐患进行了综合治理，以改善矿山地质环境，消除可能发生的地质灾害，同时为其他矿山的环境保护和治理提供经验。
Due to excessive exploitation and extensive operation ,a mine which has over 60 years'history is faced with a series of environmental problems ,especially with dam failure of tailings reservoir .These potential hazards in a manner threaten lives and properties of local people .The study designed a scientifically reasonable treatment plan to comprehensively deal with the safety hazard of the tailings dam ,so that the mine geological conditions of the mine are improved,the geologic disasters likely to happen are avoided and at the same time references for other mines are pro -vided.
