以2-氨基-5-硝基苯酚-4-(2'-磺酸基)磺酰苯胺、1-(4'-甲氧基)苯基-3-甲基-5.吡唑啉酮等为原料,进行重氮化和偶合反应,合成了偶氮染料I1,在pH等于6,温度70℃条件下与稀土离子和铬离子进行络合反应,制得两种类型的稀土络合物染料(I1)2RE或I1(H2O)3RE和一种类型的铬络合物染料(I1)2Cr.Eu络合物和Cr络合物染料的吸收光谱图最为接近,但Eu络合物染料在最大吸收光波谱处的吸收强度大,吸收峰窄.合成染料在毛和锦纶织物上的染色性能表明:Eu与Cr络合染料染色织物比其他稀土络合染料染色织物的K/S值大,稀土络合染料染色锦纶耐洗牢度与摩擦牢度较好,与I1-Cr络合染料相近,特别是在耐洗牢度的原样褪色上有很大提高.稀土络合染料染色锦纶的汗渍牢度的原样褪色、毛锦纶沾色不如Cr络合染料,但略好于I1.稀土络合染料染色锦纶的各种牢度测试结果相近,但Eu络合染料在汗渍牢度原样褪色上优于Sm络合染料和Nd络合染料,与Cr络合染料接近,有较大应用前景.
Azo dye I1 was synthesized from 2-amino-5-nitrophenol-4-(2'-sulfonyl aniline sulfonic acid group),1-(4'-methoxy) phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone by diazotization and coupling reaction,several novel metal complex dyes (I1)2M and I1 (H2O)3M were prepared from I1,rare earth and chromium by coordination complex reaction.The absorption spectra of the rare earth Eu and Cr complex dyes were almost close.The results of dyeing properties of wool and nylon fabrics showed that the K/S value of fabric treated by rare earth complex dye (I1) 2RE was close to that of the value of the chrome complex dye (I1) 2Cr,rare earth complex dyes for nylon dyeing fastness to washing and rubbing fastness was good,similar to I1-Cr complex dyes,in particular,the fastness to washing was greatly improved.Nylon dyeing fastness to perspiration of rare earth complex dyes fading and wool and nylon fabric's staining was no less than that of Cr complex dyes,but slightly better than I1.Rare earth complex dyes dyeing nylon of the various fastness test results were close to each other,but Eu complex dyes in perspiration fastness original fade was better than Sm and Nd complex dyes,was close to that of the Cr complex dyes.There is great prospect of application.
