为实现YAG系列晶体生产过程所产生废弃物中的稀土元素的综合利用,以废弃Nd∶YAG晶体碎片为原料,经过破碎、碱熔、水洗、酸溶、除杂等一系列工序,得到非稀土杂质较低的氯化钇钕混合溶液,直接作为萃取分离线的原料.实验选用的碱熔融预处理及环烷酸萃取除杂,可有效地将灿与稀土元素分离;而且碱熔融预处理工艺能显著提高废弃Nd∶YAG晶体碎片中稀土酸浸出的效率.在最优条件下可回收高达91.3%的稀土元素.
In order to recycle rare earth elements from the wastes during YAG crystal production,four operations such as alkali melting,water washing,acid dissolving and unsaponified acid solvent extracting were adopted for getting rare-earth chloride solution which meets the rare earth separation process.The result showed that scrapped YAG powder completely soluble in hydrochloric acid while the size was small enough,and most part of Al could be removed by forming sodium meta-aluminate which could solute in water.The total recoveries of rare earth came to 91.3 % under the optimal conditions.
