为改善甜玉米的种子活力,分别利用La3,Ce3+,Er3+和Pr3+对sh2甜玉米种子进行处理.结果表明:经Ce3+,La3+,Er3+和Pr3+元素处理的种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗鲜重、根长和苗长与对照间均存在显著差异(p≤0.05);当Ce3+,La3+和Pr3+元素浓度为0.02mol·L-1,Er3+元素浓度为0.01mol·L-1时,均能够促进sh2甜玉米种子萌发.在sh2甜玉米种子萌发期,经Ce3+,La3+,Er3+和Pr3+元素处理的sh2甜玉米种子萌发期SOD,POD和CAT与对照间均存在显著差异(p≤0.05).其中,在稀土元素浓度为0.02mol·L-1时,sh2甜玉米种子萌发期CAT活性最强.当Ce3+元素在0.02mol·L-1时,其抗氧化酶活性最强.因此,0.02mol·L-1的Ce3元素为sh2甜玉米种子萌发的适宜浓度与最佳元素,能够显著提高sh2甜玉米种子萌发生物学效应.
