我国很多钢铁企业的一般钢种常出现夹杂物引起的质量问题.这一质量问题的影响因素很多,例如炼钢工艺、铁水条件、钢包包衬、中间包包衬、中间包覆盖剂、脱氧剂等.如果为了解决问题而进行逐条分析,既费时又费力,因此在生产过程中需及时采用对应关系非常强、简易、快速而有效的方法来解决此类问题.通过对某一钢铁企业普碳钢的生产过程进行检测与分析,得出显微夹杂物种类与炼钢工艺过程有着比较好的对应关系,通过这一方法能够快速、简洁而有效地对炼钢工艺生产进行指导.
The general steel of many iron and steel enterprises often appear the quality problems caused by inclusions,and many factors,e.g.,steetmaking process,melted iron condition,ladle lining,the tundish lining,fundish covering agent and deoxidiger,etc,account for the quality problem.If detailed analysis to solve the problem,it is both time-consuming and inefficient,so need to get the very strong corresponding relations,simple,rapid and effective method to solve the problems.Through analyzing and detecting the production process of plain carbon steel in a certain iron and steel enterprise,it was concluded that microscopic inclusions types was good corresponding relation with the steelmaking process,through this method can be quick,concise,effectively guide the steelmaking process.
