为了高效开展管线钢埋弧焊试验,建立了焊缝面积、坡口尺寸及焊缝尺寸之间的关系,从而可预测埋弧焊一次成形的线能量.采用JH-WGX2焊丝及CHF101焊剂进行双丝埋弧焊,两焊面的线能量分别为25 kJ/cm及30 kJ/cm.焊接接头强度、韧性、弯曲性能及硬度均能满足技术要求;尤其是热影响区不同部位的韧性较高,-20 ℃KV2达到177 J以上.

To carry out submerged arc welding test of pipeline steel efficiently, the relationship between weld area, groove size and welding seam size was established, so that the heat input for once shaping of submerged arc welding could be predicted.The double-wire submerged arc welding was performed with JH-WGX2 wire and CHF101 flux, and the heat inputs of two welded sides were 25 kJ/cm and 30 kJ/cm respectively.The strength, toughness, bending property and hardness of the welded joint could meet the technical requirements.Especially, the toughness of various locations in heat affected zone was high, and KV2 at-20 ℃ was over 177 J.
