为解决传统锌电积用阳极材料存在的能耗高、污染大、机械强度低、易弯曲等缺陷,以钛为基体,使用WC颗粒掺杂改性,通过直流电镀法制备了Ti/β-PbO2-WC复合电极.通过电化学Tafel曲线、阻抗谱和扫描电镜等考察了温度对电极表面形貌及耐腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:改性复合电极主要成分为β-PbO2及少量的WC,当电镀温度为60℃时,β-PbO2镀层表面平整、晶粒分布均匀,形状规则,电极具有较小的自腐蚀电流密度和较大的电荷转移电阻,且弥散效应较小,耐蚀性良好.

Ti/β-PbO2-WC composite anode was fabricated by DC electrodeposition method using Ti as the substrate and adding modified WC particles.The effects of temperature on the surface morphologies and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied by electrochemical Tafel curves,impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope.Results showed that the modified composite electrode was mainly composed of β-PbO2 and a few WC.When the temperature was 60 ℃,the prepared β-PbO2 coating with smooth surface,uniform grain-size distribution and regular appearance possessed a smaller self-corrosion current density,larger charge transfer resistance and smaller dispersion effect,showing excellent corrosion resistance.
