综合固体颗粒介质成形和超声振动塑性成形技术,提出超声激励颗粒介质成形工艺。为了揭示超声激励对板材软模拉深的影响,在AZ31B镁合金板材固体颗粒介质拉深成形中,运用振动频率20 kHz、最大输出功率1.5 kW的超声振动系统对凹模施加激励。研究表明,超声激励促进颗粒介质的流动性及其传递内压性能;超声振动改变板材拉深中的成形规律并有效降低成形载荷,且随着超声振幅的增加,载荷降低比例越高,这是表面效应和体积效应综合作用的结果。
