以对甲苯磺酸和葡萄糖为原料,采用一步碳化法制备新型碳基固体酸催化剂,以1,4-丁二醇双琥珀酸聚醚(3)正辛基混合双酯磺酸钠制备过程的双酯化反应Ⅱ为探针,考察了 m (对甲苯磺酸)/m (葡萄糖)、碳化温度和碳化时间对催化活性影响,用 TEM、BET、XRD、IR、元素分析、热重分析等对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,在 m (对甲苯磺酸)/m (葡糖糖)=1∶2、碳化温度210℃下碳化8 h,得到的碳基固体酸催化剂形成致密的含有多级孔道的聚环碳架结构,磺酸基含量为21.21%.反应酯化率达到95%以上,并且该催化剂具有良好的热稳定性和重复使用性.
A new carbon-based solid acid catalyst was prepared by a one-step carbonization method with p-tolu-ene sulfonic acid and glucose as raw materials.The catalyst was characterized by TEM,BET,XRD,IR,ele-mental analysis,thermogravimetric.The double esterification reactionⅡ of the surfactant 1,4-butanediol dual succinate polyether (3)n-ocytl mixed double ester sulfonic acid sodium was taken as the probe reaction to inves-tigate the impact of the m (p-toluene sulfonic acid)/m (glucose),carbonization temperature and carbonization time on the catalytic activity.The results showed that the carbon-based solid acid catalyst prepared under the optimal conditions of carbonization at 210 ℃ for 8 h and in the m (p-toluene sulfonic acid)/m (sugar)= 1 ∶2, which had a condensed ring carbon frame structure containing multiple channels and the sulfonic acid group con-tent reached 21.21%.Esterification rate reached over 95%,and the catalyst showed considerable heat stability and reusability.
